Get your skinny jeans ready! Join Hilary for 6, 45 minute workouts tailored to trim your thighs, lift your glutes, and sculpt your calves. You will alternate between light cardio, weight lifting, and lower body specific toning exercises. Please no current injuries or recent surgeries.
