Yoga Talk

In this series we will practice asana with the intention of discovering how we hold certain emotions and memories in our bodies. After our 1 hour asana practice, we will share our experiences with the group in a safe and nurturing environment. Each week we will focus on a certain group of asanas and learn breathing and mindfulness techniques to work with emotional sensations that arise in our practice.

As we work on the mat with both the physical and emotional body, we are able to loosen our defenses and connect with core thoughts and feelings without shutting them down. In this space, deep healing can happen. Come join us for a three week series that will allow you to explore your yoga practice in a much deeper, compassionate way.
