In our time together, you will explore your lower back through both yoga postures and energy-moving breathwork. You will learn gentle, safe movements to stretch tight muscles and strengthen weak ones, techniques for coping with pain flare-ups, and ways to create natural tone and balance while respecting your body's particular conditions and limitations. Liz Owen's expertise of lower back health and yoga philosophy brings both Eastern and Western wisdom to bear on your healing journey, and it will help you bring mindfulness and depth to your practice and your daily life. Open to anyone of any skill level who wants to create or maintain a healthy lower back, and to professionals who wish to deepen their knowledge of how yoga can promote lower back health.*
