Join multi-sport athlete and certified yoga teacher, Ari Witkin, in a yoga workshop tailored specifically for those that engage in repetitive motion sports like running, cycling, rowing, and golf. Ari will cover highly beneficial poses to build strength, prevent injury, work supportive muscle groups, and aid in the most important component of any training routine - recovery. Yoga for Endurance is part informative seminar, part group practice, and is meant to be interactive!
