No cocktail calories at this barre! This powerful barre workout will lift your glutes, chisel your core, and lengthen and strengthen all other muscles - in just 30 minutes twice a week! Participants should arrive on time and ready to rock this fast paced series to get the most out of the workout. No shoes or prior experience required. Please no recent knee, ankle, or shoulder injuries.

As a soon-to-be mother of two this ISSA Fitness Trainer knows the value of a quick but effective workout. Hilary loves using the barre to create multitasking combination that will leave your buns "burning" for more.
