Build muscle, develop balance, flexibility, and core stability with the TRX® Suspension Trainer™. Born from the workout regiments of the Navy Seals, the TRX® utilizes your own bodyweight in suspension straps leveraging gravity and your strength to complete hundreds of exercises. Let TRX certified trainer, Rebecca Yanoff, take you through a fitness series using the TRX. This is a circuit style series appropriate for all fitness levels from elite to beginner. Each class will have proper warm up and cool down sandwiching a total body workout. Rebecca will alternate cardiovascular intervals to help melt calories!
