Come learn how to get upside down the right way with certified Iyengar Yoga instructor, Anne-Marie Schultz. In this all levels workshop, we will explore the four basic inversions: headstand, shoulderstand, handstand, and elbow balance. We will work through a sequence in depth that is designed to help you establish a home inversion practice or improve your technique in regular classes. The sequence includes poses that help you develop the strength, balance, and confidence needed to do inversions safely! Previous inversion experience not necessary.
