Caro found yoga at age 18, a practice that started with curiosity and excitement for trying a new “workout” soon became a completely new way of living. Her classes skillfully blend meditation elements and mindfulness with asana practice. You will experience a physically challenging class that will allow you to get into your body and out of your mind. Caro believes yoga should be accessible for everyone everywhere. She will meet each student where they are and help them find ways to make their own practice more accessible in every way.
