The Future of Indoor Exercise
WE ARE IN A NEW AGE. A personal workout pod has everything you need for a complete workout. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have divided our common gym spaces and classrooms into personal workout pods that will keep you at a distance from others so that you can focus on what is important - your workout.
Each personal workout pod contains a variety of equipment, sanitizing supplies, HEPA air filters, and physical barrier walls. Personal workout pods are available for 30-60 minutes at a time and members receive unlimited number of pod bookings a month. A reservation is recommended, or see what's available when you come in. HOW DO I BOOK A WORKOUT POD?
Book your workout pod online through the website- if there is no BOOK button, that time slot is full. We are confident that we have the perfect pod for your bod. Select the type of workout, equipment, or muscle group you would like to work and the workout pod map will highlight a selection of pods for you.
HOW LONG CAN I BOOK A POD?
Most strength and cardio pods are available for 30-minutes at a time. Recovery pods are available for 20-minutes. If you need more time, just book an adjacent time slot. If you would like to use two different pods while you are here, book simultaneous times.
HOW ARE THE PODS CLEANED?
You are provided with an EPA-approved disinfectant spray in each pod. Pick up a cleaning towel on your way in. Before you start your workout spray and wipe all equipment. When you are finished using the pod spray and wipe again. Once you've brought all your props back to the community areas, spray and leave touchpoints wet to sanitize. Our staff cleans throughout the day, but our community of members also have a responsibility to clean and sanitize.
ARE THERE LIMITS TO BOOKING A POD?
Members can book an unlimited number of pods throughout the month. When booking your pod, make sure to allow for enough time to arrive, workout, and most importantly - clean.
WHY DO I HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
Texas currently has set our gym capacities at 50% - this means we have to measure how many guests we welcome in the door at any one time. By booking your pod in advance, we are able to plan for your arrival and make sure there is enough space and sanitizing supplies for you. You can book online up to 6 days in advance and up to 30-minutes prior to your planned arrival. Do you have a last-minute need to workout? No problem, just call us and we can put you in an available pod.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If something has changed and you are not able to make your workout, please go to your account online and cancel your reservation. This allows someone else to book a time. You can also call us to cancel at (512) 478-4567. There are no fees to cancel a workout pod booking.
CAN I CHANGE IN THE LOCKER ROOM OR SHOWER AFTER MY WORKOUT?
Our showers are open and pick up your towels at the desk. Downtown, the lockers are not available at this time. All restrooms will be open and available.
