Pilates Sculpt class uses the equipment and Classic Pilates exercises to sculpt from head to toe in a fun and lighthearted way. Each week we target something new! Participants should have experience with Pilates machines and terminology before entering this class and work at an intermediate level. Take this class at Castle Hill Fitness 360 location. 

Pilates, done regularly (2-3 times a week) will greatly improve abdominal strength, posture, body awareness, muscle tone, low back problems, balance, and flexibility. Our Pilates class instructors recommend private lessons before attending regular weekly classes so that you have an understanding of the system and equipment.
