Are you ready to test the limit? Hi/Lo Cardio and Strength gives you a little bit of everything! This class uses a variety of props set up in a circuit station format. The weight prescriptions for the strength exercises are kept low so that you can perform them at high speed. Running outside and cardio stations break up the timed stations but keep the intensity high!
