Clear began practicing pilates while living in the UK but it wasn’t until moving back to Austin and joining Castle Hill that she realized this was more than just another workout class! She found that Pilates training changed her relationship to her body during everything from mountain biking to picking up a toddler for the hundredth time each day. A big fan of a variety of fitness classes at The Castle, she believes practicing Pilates can deepen and compliment everyone’s fitness goals.
