Tommy brings over 20 years of fitness industry experience to his role as Elite Personal Trainer. His training philosophy? To approach every client as an individual and help them find motivation from within. He pays close attention to each person's specific needs and goals, and tailors a program to achieve maximum results in the safest and most efficient way possible, in a positive and supportive environment.
Tommy is a realist, not a perfectionist. He helps each client identify specific dietary and lifestyle changes that, cumulatively, make a dramatic impact. Combining structured weight and cardio training with realistic dietary and lifestyle changes will give you the results you want!
He specializes in various training techniques, including comprehensive whole body workouts, circuit training including super sets and compound sets, and gym safety. He can provide specialized instruction for special conditions including pregnancy, injury, cardiac contraindications, obesity, and others.
