She has an expert eye for improving exercise movement bio-mechanics, and reducing imbalances, dysfunction and chronic pain.Minna has helped numerous clients from preteens to 80+ year olds to improve their athletic ability, reduce chronic back or joint pain and injury risk and has worked with athletes of all levels, from complete beginners to those competing at high levels, including golf players, equestrians, aerial artists, tennis players, cyclists, runners and weightlifters.
