Catherine left her previous career as a Registered Nurse to join the fitness industry because she saw so much more opportunity to help people not only improve their health and wellness, but also to help educate them to understand why fitness is so important to their overall health. With a background in nursing, Catherine understands disease processes associated with illnesses like Type 2 diabetes, Hypertension, and Obesity, and educates clients to understand that these diseases are not only reversible, but possibly curable.
In addition to her work as an Elite personal trainer and fitness instructor, Catherine specializes in yoga and meditative healing, preventative healthcare, and education through presentations and health-related seminars around Austin and at major Fitness Conventions. She loves what she does!
