No practice on full moon and new moon days according to the Ashtanga tradition.
The no practice dates are: Jul 2, Jul 16, Jul 31, Aug 14, Aug 29, Sept 13, Sept 27, Oct 12, Oct 27, Nov 11, Nov 25, Dec 11, Dec 25.
