Kelsey Krohn is born and raised in Austin, TX. She grew up playing competitive volleyball and has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She enjoys sharing her passion for health and fitness with beginners to seasoned athletes. She teaches many styles of yoga and fitness classes. She has experience in boot camps, and weight lifting. She holds 500 hours of certification in vinyasa yoga, and continues to strive for knowledge and self discovery. Expect to sweat, and smile in her upbeat, light-hearted classes. While her classes are challenging, they are accessible to all levels.
