Give your body an internal cleansing with this invigorating yoga class designed specifically to assist the body in detoxification and rejuvenation.
Spring is traditionally the time of year to shed the heaviness of winter and reconnect to the pulse of life. This class will begin with a vigorous hatha flow to harness the element of spring and stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems. That will be followed by a series of yoga postures such as twists and inversions that directly assist the body in elimination of toxins and metabolic waste. We will finish with a set of restorative asanas and breath work to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for spring.
Due to the nature of the class it is not appropriate for complete beginners or those working on rehabilitating injuries.
