Sara has practice Pilates for over 15 years and has returned to it over and over again throughout her life when she's needed a sense of centering. She has extensive training in fascia, body alignment, and using Pilates as an effective rehab tool. As a life long learner, Sara's passion for Pilates really blossomed when she began to apply the principles in her yoga, weight training, and daily life practices.
In her classes you will gain a deeper understanding of how your body moves, and with Sara's guidance will move better throughout your daily life!

Create strength, balance, and flexibility while exploring the Pilates repertoire on all our equipment. This total body workout emphasizing the core throughout is ideal for beginner to advanced students. Modifications given for all levels.
 
Our in-person classes allow us to sweat alongside others in a safe, physical distant way. With class capacity set at 50%, you’ll have plenty of space to move. Pick your spot when you arrive. Each studio has multiple HEPA air purifiers, and masks are required at all times.

Members can sign-up 6 days in advance, and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time. Masks and temperature checks are required.
