Since 2008 Lindsay has been designing programs to help her clients become the best mover they can be. In her sessions you can expect a challenging, empowering, and fun way to do Pilates. She has experience working with a variety of special populations including pre/post natal, injuries, and athletes.
In her classes you will explore your movement potential through positive cues and focused feedback!

LIVE! pod classes provide an in-person experience while being concurrently livestreamed to our virtual members. Please note that in-person participants may be seen online. Classes are not recorded.

All pod classes are small group workouts that allow us to sweat alongside others but in a physically distant way. Each pod class is limited to 4-7 people and each participant is in a pod with partition walls, their own equipment and sanitation supplies, and an air filter.

Members can sign-up 6 days in advance, and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time. Masks and temperature checks are required.
