Alex has worked with adults and kids of all ages and enjoys teaching students to empower their bodies through physical activity. His training philosophy has progressed over 20 years from weight training to cross-training in cycling, Pilates, yoga and exercises tuned to individual needs.
As a 12-year fitness professional, Alex has helped clients lose weight, gain muscle, build body awareness, prepare for competitive events and develop life-long healthy habits.
Alex's passions include riding bicycles, exploring nature, playing trombone, creating art, building things, and teaching.
