Alex has worked with adults and kids of all ages and enjoys teaching students to empower their bodies through physical activity. His training philosophy has progressed over 20 years from weight training to cross-training in cycling, Pilates, yoga and exercises tuned to individual needs.
 
As a 12-year fitness professional, Alex has helped clients lose weight, gain muscle, build body awareness, prepare for competitive events and develop life-long healthy habits.
 
Alex's passions include riding bicycles, exploring nature, playing trombone, creating art, building things, and teaching.

Room: Outdoor Studio
Alternate between high intensity intervals and strength circuits and make your workout count! Upper body focus on Tuesday and lower body emphasis on Thursday. Attend both for a full body challenge!
 
Plan to bring: mat and water bottle

Outdoor classes are small group workouts that allow us to sweat alongside others but in a physically distant way. Each outdoor class is limited to 9 people with plenty of room to work out. Class spaces are open to the elements, so please plan accordingly. Hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, and/or additional layers may be helpful. We are going to try our best to anticipate the weather, but, remember, this is Texas Y’all!

Inclement weather policy: classes will not meet if the rain chance is 70%. Any class cancelled due to weather will be refunded. You will be notified the night before.


Members can sign-up 6 days in advance, and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time. Masks and temperature checks are required.
