A SPECIAL SUMMER FITNESS PROGRAM JUST FOR KIDS!!
Join Hilary and Nicole this summer for an hour-long kids sports camp. Kids will meet 2x per week, 1 hour per day working on fun drills incorporating strength and conditioning. Expect to have fun, meet new friends, and be active during the school break. Parents can take a summer break too! Check out our class or spa schedule while your kids burn off some summer steam.
Open to kids entering K-5th grade. Dress in comfy, workout clothes and wear tennis shoes.

As an ISSA Fitness, Master Personal Trainer, former collegiate competitive runner, and mom of 3, Hilary is well-equipped to motivate and play with the best of them!
