Jordan has spent the majority of his life participating and excelling in various athletics such as soccer, basketball, and baseball. While training for these events, he developed a deep appreciation for living an active and healthy lifestyle. As a certified personal trainer, his philosophy focuses on creating a LONG TERM and sustainable approach to training really hard and eating well. He wants to empower people to push there limits, move well, and feel like an athlete after each training session!
