YOUR PRE-WORKOUT TO-DO LIST

We know you're itching to get back into the gym but there are a few housekeeping items to attend to before you come in.

1) PROTECT THE CASTLE

We are committed to reducing the spread of COVID-19 but we can't do it alone. Sign the pledge to Protect the Castle before your first visit. We have also updated our waiver and you will be prompted to agree to those terms when you book your next workout.

 

2) BOOK A WORKOUT POD

For now, you will need to select a workout pod and book a time to visit the gym. Your personal workout pod contains a variety of equipment, sanitizing supplies, and physical partitions that allow you to socially distance from others. 3) BRING YOUR OWN MASK

We are in this together. In accordance with Governor Abbott's Executive Order, a face mask will be required while in the building. All Castle Hill Fitness staff will wear face masks for your protection.

YOUR GYM VISIT JOURNEY

We have revolutionized the gym going experience and your visit will look different than it was before COVID-19 (but what hasn't changed?). Castle Hill Fitness is determined to put the F in fun and fitness. Here's how your gym visit journey will look in five easy steps.

STEP 1: TEMP & TOWELS

When you arrive we will take a contactless temperature reading and check you into your pod. You will receive 2 workout towels - one for you and one to clean with. Keep your mask on while moving throughout the building.

 

STEP 2: GRAB YOUR PROPS

We have set up community areas throughout the gym with smaller props like dumbbells, kettlebells, med balls, bosu balls, and more. Pick out everything you might need for your workout and bring it with you to your workout pod.

STEP 3: WORKOUT!

Let's get to business! Complete your entire workout in your socially distant workout pod. It's just you and a HEPA air purifier in a pod so go ahead - get breathless!

STEP 4: CLEAN + DISINFECT

Each pod contains a sanitation station with safe, hospital-grade disinfectants for you to use. Spray down everything you touched during your workout including handles, knobs, and any small props.

 

STEP 5: LET'S SANITIZE

After cleaning, return your props and use the provided hand sanitizer or wash your hands before you leave. Towels can be left in the labeled receptacles on your way out.

HOW DO I BOOK A WORKOUT POD? 

Book your workout pod online through the website. We're confident that we have the perfect pod for your bod. Select the type of workout, equipment, or muscle group you'd like to work and the workout pod map will highlight a selection of pods for you.

HOW LONG CAN I BOOK A POD?

Most strength pods are available in 1-hour time slots. Cardio only pods are available for 30-minutes at a time. If you need more time, just book an adjacent time slot.

ARE THERE LIMITS TO BOOKING A POD? 

Members can book an unlimited number of pods throughout the month. When booking your pod, make sure to allow for enough time to arrive, workout, and most importantly - clean.

WHY DO I HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE? 

Texas currently has set our gym capacities at 50% - this means we have to measure how many guests we welcome in the door at any one time. By booking your pod in advance, we are able to plan for your arrival and make sure there is enough space and sanitizing supplies for you. You can book online up to 6 days in advance and up to 30-minutes prior to your planned arrival. Do you have a last-minute need to workout? No problem, just call us and we can put you in an available pod.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

If something has changed and you're not able to make your workout, please go to your account online and cancel your reservation. This allows someone else to book a time. You can also call us to cancel at (512) 478-4567. There are no fees to cancel a workout pod booking. 

CAN I CHANGE IN THE LOCKER ROOM OR SHOWER AFTER MY WORKOUT? 

We recommend you come dressed to workout. Our lockers and showers are closed in Phase 1 of our re-opening plan. All restrooms will be open and available.
