Coaching Packages

We have seen clients develop more confidence, proficiency, and motivation quicker when working one on one with a professional coach. We offer several topic specific packages and employ coaches that possess the expertise in that topic to produce results. The mutual accountability that these packages offer creates a space for personal transformation to reach for your fitness goals at your own pace – whether it's to lose weight, change your body, train for an event, or navigate pregnancy.

WITh Anna Gieselman

Everyone's body is unique and your yoga practice should be too! The human body has limitations in range of motion and flexibility that can attribute to chronic pain, postural issues, and lack of strength and balance. Using her knowledge of anatomy and myofascial patterns in the body, Anna will take a full body structural analysis and then form a comprehensive plan to address your limitations and correct imbalances through yoga.

Stay Accountable, Prevent Boredom and Avoid Plateaus

Do you know your way around the gym but don't have the time to program design? Are you a regular exerciser, but feel unmotivated and need someone to hold you accountable? Are you going out of town and don't want to lose your fitness gains?

Try Virtual Training! Each month your program will change based on your physical adaption and includes training tips and resources to help you on your path.

WITh Jessica

Do you want to get your body in gear with Strength Training for Body Transformation, but need one on one attention to meet your goals? This Individual Program takes your transformation to the next level by putting you in direct connection with Jessica as she develops a customized plan aimed at changing the shape of your body, burning body fat, and building lean muscle mass. This one month plan includes:

• a 1 hour Goal Setting Consultation with Bod Pod test + analysis
• 1 month Individual Program Plan Design that factors in your schedule, needs, and goals into an easy to follow regimen that Jessica will hold you to!
• 1 weekly, 1hr Personal Training session with Jessica to go over your plan's exercises (4 total)
• 1 month of Virtual Support - this non-face time communication with Jessica holds you accountable to your workouts/food logs, gives plan adjustments, and motivation on a weekly basis.

WITh Tara Penawell

Personal guidance to see you to your goal!

The Jump Start Weight Loss package is an introductory, 2 part package that are each 5 weeks long. Tara will equip you with measurable results, a structured exercise plan, and nutritional guidance to see you thrive in 2015. This package is about finding lifelong strategies for losing weight and keeping it off.

Each package contains:
• A 30 minute consultation to see if the program is right for you
• 5 weeks of weekly meetings. Choose from 1 hour per week, or 2, 30 minute sessions per week
• 1 Bod Pod body composition test

This package is available in 2 parts, each 5 weeks at a time for a potential total of 10 weeks of guidance to facilitate change. $299 for members, $350 for non-members

What is a Health Coach?

A Health Coach is a wellness mentor who will empower and support you in making lasting changes to your health habits. Set meaningful goals, identify barriers to change, and gain the skills you need to cultivate positive health choices. Health coaching sessions involve nutritional coaching, use of behavioral change techniques, and tracking of progress. Each plan is unique to you and no plan is the same. Let us do the planning for you! This 14 day meal plan gives you everything you need for a balanced, healthy diet. Shopping Lists, Weekly Guide, and Recipes have been carefully crafted by our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
 
Three daily calorie needs to choose from: 1500, 1800, and 2100.
