Stephanie, a longtime Austinite, has been teaching indoor cycle for 4 years - after taking a 10-year break from the fitness field to raise her twin daughters. Stephanie has a B.S in Kinesiology Health Promotion and Fitness from The University of Texas @ Austin and studied to receive her M.S in Nutrition through North Texas State’s Houston branch. Stephanie worked for Club Corporation of America as an Athletic Director, Personal Trainer, Cycle and Fitness Instructor, for 8 years before opening The University of Texas Club in D.K.R Stadium in 1999. She is excited to bring a new style of rhythm cycle to Castle Hill!

Cardio and Strength in one! This class will challenge your endurance on the spin bike plus increase muscular strength with off-the-bike weight moves. Students must wear sneakers to make the transfer from bike to floor safe. All Levels
