Throughout her fitness career, Jess has always gravitated toward group fitness programs as both a student and as a teacher. VIRTUAL Muscle + Mobility using zoom.us 45 mins includes 30 mins of dynamic total body strength & conditioning, and 15 mins of mobility & stretching. This class is designed to help you get better, faster, stronger and reduce the risk of injuries. Physical therapy drills will be included. Perfect for athletes of all levels.
Recommended props: - set of light and med/heavy dumbbells - Loop band - Chair or bench - mat, towel, and water bottle
