Throughout her fitness career, Jess has always gravitated toward group fitness programs as both a student and as a teacher. She loves the camaraderie, accountability, and challenges that the group fitness dynamic provides, and feels that by making fitness inclusive and fun for all types of people, we will stay involved and committed to our goals as a collective.
