Are you looking to take your Pilates practice to the next level? This small group series focuses each week on the advanced exercises of reformer, chair, and tower, with a culmination of all three in the fourth week. With a strong emphasis on core strengthening and correct form, clients will learn how the Pilates method is structured to build in intensity. The constant flow of movement during each class will challenge your stamina and give you the tools to make even beginner exercises more difficult. You are guaranteed to walk away feeling taller, stronger, and leaner.

If you have always wanted to try Pilates, but something is holding you back, this series is for you. This small group series focuses on the basic Pilates exercises of the reformer, chair, and tower. We will also go over modifications for different exercises, so each client feels comfortable jumping into a class. Proper form, strength, balance, and flexibility will be the focus of this series. You will leave this series feeling confident on the equipment and confident in your body.

An Advanced Pilates Series

Join Sara with this 6 week in depth exploration of the advanced Pilates repertoire. Master the art of transitions as you tie together the classic sequences on the Reformer and play with the advanced individual exercises on the Pilates tower. See for yourself what Joe intended as you move from one movement to the next as a small group in this class for Intermediate/Advanced Pilates students.
