Are you looking to take your Pilates practice to the next level? This small group series focuses each week on the advanced exercises of reformer, chair, and tower, with a culmination of all three in the fourth week. With a strong emphasis on core strengthening and correct form, clients will learn how the Pilates method is structured to build in intensity. The constant flow of movement during each class will challenge your stamina and give you the tools to make even beginner exercises more difficult. You are guaranteed to walk away feeling taller, stronger, and leaner.

About Lindsay: Since 2008 Lindsay has been designing programs to help her clients become the best mover they can be. In her sessions you can expect a challenging, empowering, and fun way to do Pilates. She has experience working with a variety of special populations including pre/post natal, injuries, and athletes.
In her classes you will explore your movement potential through positive cues and focused feedback!

If you are at the intermediate or advanced level, join Deborah in this small group series to progress your practice to a new level.
