Build endurance and find-the-beat in this small group training series with Deborah West. Participants will rotate between strength building Pilates equipment moves and cardio intervals to exercise the heart, balance and breath! This small group training series gives ultimate personal attention as it is limited to just 4. Participants should come with an intermediate knowledge of the Pilates repertoire. This class will incorporate about 30 minutes of high intensity cardio intervals, please no knee or ankle injuries. Suggested to bring your fit bit, heart rate monitor, or other tracking device and music player to groove to!

Are you interested in experiencing the numerous possibilities that each Pilates apparatus offers? If so, you are in for a special treat! This 4-week small group series will focus on one piece of equipment per session per week. Come and test your endurance on Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and MAt by using one for a full 55-minute session.
This series is intended for intermediate to advanced Pilates practitioners.

About Jae Hoon
Over a 20 year career in dance and somatics, Jae Hoon developed a passion for the intelligent movement of Pilates and loves to share it with clients of all ages and abilities. His education includes PMA and Power Pilates comprehensive certification, MFA, and DanceAbility teacher certification.
Build a solid foundation in CLASSICAL Pilates.
The specific Classical choreography strengthens and stretches the torso, arms, and legs in all planes of movement. Each session will warm up the body, then challenge it on mat and reformer, and finally cool it down. You will leave this series feeling confident on the equipment and confident in your body. Appropriate for all levels.

Celeste is comprehensively certified in Pilates, GYROTONIC®, and TRX. She has helped clients of all ages and abilities to move better since 2011.

The Core Explorer workshop series gives you a chance to dive deep and learn the relationship of the entire body and a powerful core. Core is beyond the abdominals. It is the whole body coordinating, integrating, and awakening!
In each monthly session, we will take a look inside the body with anatomical visuals and move through Pilates movements (and more) in a thoughtful, experiential, and fun way.
This course will leave you with a new view on how to approach movement. The material presented can be applied to any discipline and any person, regardless of experience. The workshops build on each other and so it is recommended to take all three - but this is not required.
