Build endurance and find-the-beat in this small group training series with Deborah West. Participants will rotate between strength building Pilates equipment moves and cardio intervals to exercise the heart, balance and breath! This small group training series gives ultimate personal attention as it is limited to just 4. Participants should come with an intermediate knowledge of the Pilates repertoire. This class will incorporate about 30 minutes of high intensity cardio intervals, please no knee or ankle injuries. Suggested to bring your fit bit, heart rate monitor, or other tracking device and music player to groove to!

THIS SIX WEEK BEGINNER SERIES FOCUSES ON DEVELOPING a strong foundation of the Pilates method. The Pilates Cadillac/tower, Chair, and Reformers will be explored through their many setups and uses. Students will also receive a weekly review email with several exercises to try at home. This series is perfect for the raw beginner and for those who are interested in revisiting Pilates Method basics. There is no Pilates experience necessary and the series is suitable for those who have minor injuries. Following the series, students will have a comfortable understanding of the equipment, exercises, and breath and will be ready to transition to All Level or Beginner Weekly classes.

Build a solid foundation in CLASSICAL Pilates.
The specific Classical choreography strengthens and stretches the torso, arms, and legs in all planes of movement. Each session will warm up the body, then challenge it on mat and reformer, and finally cool it down. You will leave this series feeling confident on the equipment and confident in your body. Appropriate for all levels.

Celeste is comprehensively certified in Pilates, GYROTONIC®, and TRX. She has helped clients of all ages and abilities to move better since 2011.

WORK YOUR LEGS, STOMACH, AND BACK FROM THE MAT!
The Pilates Mat work is often overlooked when compared to its flashier equipment cousin, but this portable repertoire can certainly pack a challenging workout! By using body weight and gravity for resistance, Pilates from the mat requires mastery of the mind to control the body even through the basic sequences.
This 2-hour workshop is appropriate for all levels. No experience is needed, just an open-mind and enthusiasm for fitness!
