Ashtanga Mysore Traditional Morning Program

 6:30 to 8 a.m. Mondays - Fridays; 8:30 to 10 a.m. Sundays
We are excited to offer an early morning Ashtanga Mysore (Sun-Fri) practice at Castle Hill. Offered 6 days a week, this program invites you to delve deep into your yoga practice while paying respect to your busy modern life by offering alternate pricing packages. Watch as your practice grows in a safe, supported, semi-private environment.

*Mysore style engages students in a self-paced, individualized practice in a group setting. This class format allows for each student to move at their own pace and to receive adjustments from the teacher. Beginners are welcome. Sundays are a program specific Led Primary class, but students can also practice Mysore in the back of the class. Mixed Levels

Beginners and New Students should arrive at 6:30am M-F.

Ashtanga Mysore Program Passes

One single class
5 class pass expires after 2 months
Monthly Unlimited
access to all Mysore classes (22 per mo)
3 day a week, 12 session pass
practice Mysore 3 days a week for a month
Introductory Week
for local residents, one time only, expires after 7 days

No practice on full moon and new moon days according to the Ashtanga tradition. The no practice dates for 2015 are: Jul 2, Jul 16, Jul 31, Aug 14, Aug 29, Sept 13, Sept 27, Oct 12, Oct 27, Nov 11, Nov 25, Dec 11, Dec 25.

Through mid-December Juan will be present to provide guidance on the following weekly schedule:
Monday-Fridays 6-7:30am
Sundays 8:30am-10am Led Primary Class
