Ashtanga Mysore Traditional Morning Program  with Juan Anguiano

 6:30 to 8 a.m. Mondays - Fridays; 8:30 to 10 a.m. Sundays
We are excited to offer an early morning Ashtanga Mysore (Sun-Fri) practice at Castle Hill. Offered 6 days a week, this program invites you to delve deep into your yoga practice while paying respect to your busy modern life by offering alternate pricing packages. Watch as your practice grows in a safe, supported, semi-private environment.

*Mysore style engages students in a self-paced, individualized practice in a group setting. This class format allows for each student to move at their own pace and to receive adjustments from the teacher. Beginners are welcome. Friday are a program specific Led Primary class, but students can also practice Mysore in the back of the class. Mixed Levels

Beginners and New Students should arrive at 6:30am M-F.

Ashtanga Mysore Program Passes

 walk-inmembers
One single class
5 class pass expires after 2 months
Monthly Unlimited
access to all Mysore classes (22 per mo)
3 day a week, 12 session pass
practice Mysore 3 days a week for a month
Introductory Week
for local residents, one time only, expires after 7 days

No practice on full moon and new moon days according to the Ashtanga tradition. The no practice dates for the latter half of 2016 are: Jul 4, Jul 19, Aug 2, Aug 19, Sep 2, Sep 16, Sep 30, Oct 30, Nov 14, Nov 29, Dec 7, Dec 13, Dec 29 .
