Primal7 Fitness  with Minna

 Noon Wednesdays, Jul 10th – Jul 31st
The Primal7 empowers you to be active and redefine how you workout. Combining cardio and strength in one suspension unit with endless combinations, the Primal7 can help you to reach success in your fitness goals.

By design the Primal7 is geared for all fitness levels. We will work in small groups to maximize attention to your form and progress throughout the 4 week series. Wear shoes with good grip, knee length tights for women and long shorts for men.
