Kettlebell Conditioning Series  with Minna

 6:30 p.m. (Intermediate) or 7:30 p.m. (Beginners) Tuesdays, Aug 6th – Aug 27th
Build lean muscle and improve your cardio health while effectively working your glutes and gut! This class format uses progressive interval training, where we increase the cycle length as the fitness improves, thus gaining fast results on strength endurance and conditioning. Kettlebell training improves coordination and teaches your body to use the entire kinestetic chain to improve athletic and sports performance. Build a leaner YOU with the Kettlebell!
