Emphasis will be on heavy strength training, high intensity cardio, and discussing the incredibly important role of nutrition. With a once a week group workout and 3 days of homework, Jessica will help you blast through plateaus and reveal a brand new you!
Jessica is a multi-finishing Ironman, but she hasn't always looked like one. After years of endurance cardio and weight training her body wasn't making the changes she desired. In 2012 she decided to shift her workout completely, changing her body composition in preparation for her first Figure Competition at the Texas State Naturals.
