Crosstraining Concepts Series  with Amid + Derek

 7 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays, Jun 3rd – Jun 27th
This is calorie burning high-intensity interval training. Utilizing a combination of kickboxing, plyometrics, body sculpting, speed, agility, functional strength and martial arts conditioning with a deep concentration on proper form and technique, Amid and Derek will push you above and beyond your limits each week.
