Strength Train for Body Transformation - Individual Program

Do you want to get your body in gear with Strength Training for Body Transformation, but need one on one attention to meet your goals? This Individual Program takes your transformation to the next level by putting you in direct connection with Jessica as she develops a customized plan aimed at changing the shape of your body, burning body fat, and building lean muscle mass. This one month plan includes:

• a 1 hour Goal Setting Consultation with Bod Pod test + analysis
• 1 month Individual Program Plan Design that factors in your schedule, needs, and goals into an easy to follow regimen that Jessica will hold you to!
• 1 weekly, 1hr Personal Training session with Jessica to go over your plan's exercises (4 total)
• 1 month of Virtual Support - this non-face time communication with Jessica holds you accountable to your workouts/food logs, gives plan adjustments, and motivation on a weekly basis.
