• 1 month Individual Program Plan Design that factors in your schedule, needs, and goals into an easy to follow regimen that Jessica will hold you to!
• 1 weekly, 1hr Personal Training session with Jessica to go over your plan's exercises (4 total)
• 1 month of Virtual Support - this non-face time communication with Jessica holds you accountable to your workouts/food logs, gives plan adjustments, and motivation on a weekly basis.
