Digging Deep: Yoga for a Life Practice  with Maricarmen

 9:45 to 11 a.m. Thursdays, May 16th – Jun 13th
Bolsters, Blankets, and Chairs, Oh My! This 5 week series integrates and weaves several fortifying yoga methods to provide each student with practical skills to deepen their understanding of Living Anatomy. Physically rewarding, Mindfully rejuvenating, Spiritually uplifting. ALL LEVELS . Vin/Yin, Yin, Iyengar inspired Yoga, Yoga Wall, Restoratives. 75minute class a week includes an eye pillow for participants to keep.
