WITH Derek + Hilary 7 p.m. Thursdays OR 8 a.m. SaturdaysThis series of classes will prepare you to complete this year's Austin Fit Magazine 'Fittest Field Day" Event on June 15th. Each class covers 2 of the testing events and teaches exercises that you can perform to test yourself and improve your strength, agility, and endurance come event day. Get a discount when you sign up for all 5 classes (choose Thursdays or Saturdays), or drop-in on the classes you need the most. Class series may repeat based off of participant demand.

Session 1: Power Producing ExercisesGood for tests: Standing Med Ball Toss + Standing Broad Jump.
Session 2: Speed + AccuracyGood for tests: 40 Yard Dash + Precision Throw
Session 3: Agility + Upper Body StrengthGood for tests: Agility Cone Run + Pull-ups
Session 4: Conditioning + SpeedGood for tests: Burpees + Interval Run
Session 5: Aerobic Endurance + Overall StrengthGood for tests: Mile Run + Hand Grip
