Kettlebell Swings and Progressions

THE KETTLEBELL SWING IS THE MOVE OF THE MOMENT.
And it's no wonder - Kettlebell exercises build stamina, athletic power, and your core. Learn how to execute classic moves using this prop correctly! This 90 minute event is great for any level. If you are a beginner, you'll learn safe and correct swing technique. Experienced participants will get a tune-up on their form, learn various swing techniques and progressions to build strength and stamina.

Minna Harman is an Elite Personal Trainer, Level I & II IKFF certified instructor, and a KBC certified kettlebell lifting coach. She has competed in kettlebell sport and studied hard & soft style kettlebell techniques since 2010.
