This small group series combines Pilates philosophy with cross-training exercises to get the best of both worlds - flexibility and strength. Each class is designed to progress with new challenges each week. Join Elite Pilates Instructor, Julie Williams, as you increase metabolism, improve small and large muscle stimulation, and build body balance with Pilates. Don't be shy to wear a heart rate monitor and earn those MEPS!

Meet Julie
Julie Williams has a background in dance with more than 20 years of body movement experience. Julie is comprehensively certified in Pilates Methodology and has completed numerous anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology courses. You can find her teaching barre and Pilates on Wednesdays and we are excited to have her add an additional day in the studio!
