TRX® Small Group Training

BUILD MUSCLE, DEVELOP BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY, & CORE strength with the TRX Suspension Trainer. Born from the workout regiments of Navy Seals, the TRX utilizes your own bodyweight in suspension straps to complete hundreds of exercises. This circuit style workout also utlitizes the Kinesis, Total Gym, and KrankCYCLE and is appropriate for most-from elite to beginner!
