About the Breath: A Pilates Workshop

Join Master Instructor, Desi Koome, for a workshop that focuses on the importance of one of the six principles of Pilates, breathing.
This 90 minute workshop will take a more in-depth look into the Pilates principle of breathing. Participants will learn the anatomy of breathing and the different ways we can breathe. Class will consist of lecture and Pilates exercises that will incorporate the material discussed in the session. Discover the benefits of correct breathing, from core stability to general better health.

Meet Desi Desi is a Master Pilates instructor who loves to be a part of the process of creating stronger, healthy bodies at any age. After spending years in the dance world as a professional performer and teacher, she discovered her passion for Pilates.
