WITH Lindsay Lark 7 to 7:55 p.m. MondaysIf you have always wanted to try Pilates, but something is holding you back, this series is for you. This small group series focuses on the basic Pilates exercises of the reformer, chair, and tower. We will also go over modifications for different exercises, so each client feels comfortable jumping into a class. Proper form, strength, balance, and flexibility will be the focus of this series. You will leave this series feeling confident on the equipment and confident in your body.

About Lindsay: Since 2008 Lindsay has been designing programs to help her clients become the best mover they can be. In her sessions you can expect a challenging, empowering, and fun way to do Pilates. She has experience working with a variety of special populations including pre/post natal, injuries, and athletes.
