You've built a foundation. Now what?
If you are relatively new to the world of yoga, or if you've tried it but been away for awhile, this series is for you! In this 8 class course you will expand your yoga posture repertoire and deepen your understanding of yogic philosophy. In short, you will learn how every movement you make has the potential to be a practice of mindfulness.

Monday/Wednesdays 6pm-7pm
February 6th-March 1st
8 sessions in Chakras
$120 for all 8 classes

Meet Kim Schaefer

Kim has a gift for guiding her students through the hard work and challenge of yoga practice with laughter and humility. Her clear and encouraging teaching style allows even those new to yoga to feel supported and motivated. Her love for teaching is demonstrated in her warm, caring and approachable nature. Kim has been teaching yoga since 2006. She is also a licensed massage therapist and her knowledge of the physical and subtle bodies enable her to assist students in finding their own physical expansion and emotional acceptance. Yoga has been a powerful tool for Kim's well being and she has a deep desire to share its sweetness with others.
