Every golfer knows you need strength, flexibility, mobility, and especially power to drive that ball further, but do you know how to incorporate workouts specifically for your game? In this 4 week program, Shannon will break down the golf swing and focus in on the exercises each golfer should have in their workout routines. Get ready for the golfing season with Shannon!

About Shannon: Shannon Dolan is a certified personal trainer with one area of focus in golf fitness. She received her TPI- Level 1 Certification, 2 years ago in Bethesda, Maryland while working at Congressional Country Club. Coming from a family of golfers, having a Dad as golf professional, working with many golfers in a country club setting, and dabbling in golf herself, Shannon understands that it's not as easy as it looks to swing that club. She'll be able to give you a better idea of how to get that ball going further through sport specific exercises, leaving you feeling more confident when you go up to the tee!
