This class format uses progressive interval training, where we increase the cycle length as the fitness improves, thus gaining fast results on strength endurance and conditioning. Kettlebell training improves coordination and teaches your body to use the entire kinesthetic chain to improve athletic and sports performance. Build a leaner YOU with Kettlebell!

Monday's classes are great for All Levels
Tuesday's classes are Intermediate level
