Summer Youth Athletics

WITH Ben Himes
This 3x/week camp will prepare your young athlete for their chosen sport. Working in small groups you can expect advancements in lean muscle mass, strength, power, speed, and agility.

Coach Ben will lead conditioning workouts as well as pre and post-performance tests to measure progress. Groups are first come, first serve, but Coach Ben will group athletes by sport.

Session 1 - Monday, May 30-Wednesday, June 30
Session 2 - Friday, July 1-Friday, July 29

$360 per session
Meetings are 3/x week M/W/F either at 1pm or 2pm

Max of 6 youth athletes per group. Ages: 12-18 (under 18 will have to have a parental signature on a waiver)
