A Self-Massage Workshop

In this workshop, Tracey will teach you how to roll out your muscles and fascia using highly-effective massage techniques. We will use special rubber Yoga Tune Up ® balls to roll away the kinks, complaints and trigger points in areas such as the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips IT Band and feet. Combining guided and artful self-massage with meditation and breath work, you will roll away feeling unwound, unbound and completely relaxed. Ball rolling is a perfect complement to your fitness and yoga practice, so make your self-care a priority and get those muscles rolling!

Meet Tracey Silverman

Tracey is a certified Forrest Yoga teacher and a Yoga Tune Up ® instructor and has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She brings positive, inspiring energy to every class and uses a caring, compassionate touch through hands-on assists to maximize your experience of each pose. In her classes you can expect a fun and playful atmosphere while challenging yourself to explore the physical the physical and emotional landscape of your body.
