Stretching for the Hamstrings
Tight hamstrings are a common complaint with athletic people. This clinic is designed to help you increase your hamstring flexibility. You will learn five basic yoga poses that can easily become a part of your daily workout routine.

Power Lifting
Learn how to perform the three basic powerlifting movements – the squat, bench press and deadlift. Participants will learn proper alignment, breathing, common mistakes, and how to program the three moves to become stronger.
