In this 5 week course of Asana Lab, you'll learn ways to transform your body into a more free expression of the popular full wheel or upward facing bow pose, urdhva dhanurasana. You might yearn to shape yourself into this pose because it is so beautiful yet it can be frustrating to overcome the challenge of getting into it with out pain or too much effort. By breaking down the pose into its component parts, you'll learn to more skillfully finesse yourself into this beautiful backbend!
