Fitness Fundraising Expo

Castle Hill staff and clients participate annually to raise funds and walk in the Out of the Darkness event in memory of Castle Hill Fitness founder Paolo Minissi, who took his own life in 2011. As part of the fundraising campaign we host the Fitness Expo where clients can sample new classes, win prizes, and 100% of proceeds go to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is the leading not-for-profit organization exclusively dedicated to understanding and preventing suicide through research, education and advocacy, and to reaching out to people with mental disorders and those impacted by suicide.

This year all donors are entered in to win:
